SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US, email us and we'll let you know when we open shipping to your country.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed, so most orders arrive within 6–10 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements and no handling fees.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our tracking page. It can take 24–48 hours after shipping before the first tracking update appears.

Delays
Weather, carrier backlogs and public holidays can slow a parcel down. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not able to re-ship orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address free of charge.

Lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check with your neighbours and your building's mail room first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged on arrival
If your board arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the item and the box. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Changes and cancellations
You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once it's on its way, our 30-day return policy applies instead.
